Booking policy.
Everything is designed so a confirmed time is a real commitment on both sides — yours to the chair, ours to you.
- Deposits
- Color and treatment services priced at $100 or more confirm with a deposit of 25% of the service price, rounded up to the next $5. The deposit goes toward your bill.
- Card on file
- Cuts, blow-dries and standalone treatments below the deposit threshold confirm with a card on file. Nothing is charged when you book. A no-show, or a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, may be charged 50% of the service.
- Cancellations
- Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment from the link in your confirmation. Inside 24 hours the deposit is kept, or the card-on-file fee applies.
- Rescheduling
- Move your appointment with 48 hours’ notice and your deposit transfers. Between 24 and 48 hours, every client has one courtesy transfer. Inside 24 hours, call the studio.
- Holds
- When you pick a time online it is held for 10 minutes while you complete the deposit or card step. After that it is released.
